Coffee lovers or simple walkers, customers of this stylish store of Cahors opened a few years ago, are easily appealled by the suave smell of the coffee Bleu de Brasil which emanates from it.
As its name reveals it, this coffee directly comes from Brasil, where Hannjorg Hereth, a passionned from Germany, decided to restart a coffee plantation.
It owns more than a thousand hectares, with the daring idea of creating a culture 100 % natural, without any pesticide, weed-killer, or any chimical products.

The growing, the picking, and drying are handmade.
Coffee beans are rigurously selected, mainly by size.
The director employes about 300 persons from the same village.
Then the green coffee is brought to France, to be torrefacted in village close to Cahors, Catus.

Bleu de brasil is sold in only one store in France : the one of Cahors.
Some of the customers order it by mail. Some others rather buy it directly at the store, where all is seduction : aroms, colors and degustation.
